The generation is confirmed failed

A confirmed failed generation returns the credits charged for that attempt. Check both the task and balance before starting over. A new request costs another 50 credits at 480p or 100 credits at 720p.

Inspect the source photo before retrying. Choose a readable face, improve lighting and remove obstructions. A returned-credit event is separate from a refund of the original purchase; cash refunds follow the seven-day unconditional policy.

Payment completed but credits are missing

Return from the payment provider and check the purchase using the same browser or email recovery. Verify whether the checkout was actually paid rather than simply opened. A checkout link or pending order does not establish a completed charge.
