Before leaving for checkout

After payment, return and generate

Return from Waffo and check the wallet balance before submitting a task. Payment confirmation grants credits only. It does not automatically send your portrait to the generation service or start spending the balance.

Choose Generate when you are ready. A 480p task costs 50 credits and a 720p task costs 100. Do not submit multiple times to resolve a payment-return delay. Check the existing purchase state and contact support if the expected credits do not appear.

Restore access with email

If you change browsers or lose the guest session, use the email recovery flow and open the time-limited link sent to the purchase address. The link verifies access to that email and lets you select the relevant wallet. An email address typed into a form is not sufficient by itself to claim another wallet.

Treat recovery links as private account access. Do not post them in support screenshots or group chats. A link that has expired or been used may require a fresh recovery request. Google login is also available, but typing an email does not automatically merge unrelated guest and Google balances.

Keep order and video references

For support, provide the order reference, amount, approximate purchase time and the problem you observed. Never email payment-card information or passwords. A confirmed payment and an unpaid checkout are different states.

Once the task completes, use its private video link to view or download the MP4. The email is a delivery route, while the file remains subject to the 14-day retention period. Save the MP4 rather than relying on an old message as permanent storage.
