Your photos and videos

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. Generated videos are retained for 14 days after completion, then automatically deleted. Download your completed MP4 within that period to keep a personal copy.

We use your uploaded photograph and the selected template to process your video request. Your account's uploads and results are accessible through authenticated requests. A time-limited media link may be provided to the generation provider to complete your request.

Your browser also keeps a temporary photo draft, your selected video quality and your permission choice in local browser storage so they can survive sign-in and checkout in the same tab. The draft expires after 24 hours and expired drafts are removed when this site next opens its draft storage. It is cleared after a generation is accepted. This local draft is separate from the server upload retention period above. Your selected credit pack, interface language and checkout request reference are kept in tab session storage for up to 30 minutes to resume checkout and avoid duplicate checkout requests.

How the retention periods differ

• Uploaded photo: The server file follows the 24-hour deletion period.
• Completed video: The MP4 is retained for 14 days after completion. A personal copy you download during that period stays on your own device.
• Browser draft: The local draft used during sign-in and checkout is separate from the server file, with the expiry and clearing rules described above.
• Account, order and task records: These are different from the media files. Records needed for balances, payments, refunds and support follow separate operational requirements.

The media deletion periods cover files stored by this site. Read the service-provider explanation below when deciding about third-party processing. For a privacy request, specify whether you mean a photo, video or account records so we can address the right data.

Account information

Google sign-in provides the account information needed to identify you, such as your email address, name and profile image. We use it to maintain your account, credit balance, orders and generation history. Authentication cookies keep you signed in.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. KIE provides access to the video generation model. Google provides optional sign-in, Waffo processes payments, and Resend sends recovery and completion emails. Information necessary for these services is shared with the relevant provider. Payment card details are handled by the payment service rather than stored in this site's application database. Providers may process information under their own privacy policies and retention practices.

The 24-hour photo and 14-day video deletion periods apply to files stored by Tip Toeing in My Jordans Meme. Account, transaction and task metadata may be retained to provide your account, handle refunds, maintain security and meet recordkeeping requirements.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use Tip Toeing in My Jordans Meme and to improve navigation and the service. Analytics may collect page URLs, referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location, and interactions such as page views, credit-pack purchase clicks, checkout starts, sign-in checkout resumptions and checkout redirects. We also record checkout failure categories and limited client-side error categories to identify problems. These diagnostic events exclude raw error messages, stack traces and checkout URLs; their page URL fields exclude query parameters and fragments. It may use cookies to distinguish visits and sessions.

We store first-party journey analytics in our own application database, separately from Google Analytics. Random browser and journey references connect page visits, photo and quality choices, credit-pack exposure and clicks, sign-in, checkout creation, payment confirmation, generation status and download requests. When signed in, the server links these records to your internal account and order references. We record approximate country supplied by our hosting network, the referring hostname, campaign labels and the landing page to understand where orders originate. This analytics dataset does not store raw IP addresses, photo content or filenames, email addresses, authentication codes, card details, payment tokens or checkout URLs.

Error records contain limited categories, application asset names, line and column numbers and request references, rather than raw messages or stack traces. Payment-attempt records contain provider references, status and a categorized failure reason. Access to these records is restricted to administrators. Analytics does not authorize a purchase or generation. The journey expires after 30 minutes of inactivity in the tab; the random browser reference lasts up to 30 days. Unacknowledged diagnostic events may remain in tab session storage for retry. These records have a separate operational retention period from uploaded media. Where analytics consent is required, collection starts after acceptance; an explicit analytics refusal stops browser journey tracking. Account, order and payment records are still maintained to deliver purchases and account services.

Our analytics integration does not attach uploaded photos, generated video files, generation prompts, account email addresses, or payment card details to analytics events. The photo and video deletion periods above apply to stored media; analytics data and cookies follow separate settings and Google's policies.

Your choices

You can download completed videos during their retention period. Contact us to request access, correction, account deletion or help with a privacy question. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Guest purchases and email delivery

Guest checkout creates a browser-bound wallet without Google login. We retain the purchase contact email for order support, time-limited recovery links and video completion notices. Recovery links and private viewing links grant scoped access; keep them private. Entering an email address alone does not grant access to an existing wallet. We store token hashes for access verification rather than public access URLs in analytics.
